10. Google API Services

Our application integrates with Google services to provide email functionality. This section describes our use of Google user data in compliance with Google's API Services User Data Policy.

Data Accessed

When you connect your Gmail account to Intsystems, we request access to the gmail.send scope only. This limited scope allows our application to send emails on your behalf without access to read, modify, or delete your existing emails or inbox content.

How We Use Google Data

We use the Gmail send capability exclusively for the following business purposes:

  • Send invoices and financial documents to your customers
  • Send work orders, credit notes, and debit notes
  • Send geofence alerts and notifications
  • All emails are sent from your connected Gmail address on your behalf

Data Storage and Retention

We do not store, cache, or retain the content of any emails sent through Gmail. Your Gmail OAuth tokens are securely stored and encrypted to maintain your connection. These tokens can be revoked at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions or within the Intsystems application settings.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer any Google user data to third parties. Email content is transmitted directly from our servers to Gmail's API for delivery and is not stored, processed, or used for any other purpose including advertising or data analysis.

Your Control

You have full control over your Gmail connection. You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Settings page in the Intsystems application. Upon disconnection, we immediately delete your stored OAuth tokens. You can also revoke access directly through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use the data for the purposes described above and do not use it for serving advertisements or any unauthorized purposes.
