If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Intsystems provides a cloud-based transportation management platform that includes:

• Fleet management and vehicle tracking
• Invoicing and financial operations
• Workforce management and scheduling
• GPS tracking and route visualization

3. User Accounts

To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions, the following terms apply:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due
• Prices do not include taxes, which will be added where applicable
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, and documentation, are owned by Intsystems and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business operations.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Services. By using our platform, you grant us a license to host, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intsystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
